Browsing, creating an account, preparing a photo, and viewing a local preview do not buy credits, start a subscription, or trigger a paid video render. Generation credits are not for sale, so there is no purchasable plan with a refund window or delivery promise at this stage.
What will be explained before paid launch
- The actual price, currency, applicable charges, and usage included in a credit pack or plan.
- When credits are deducted and how failed, canceled, timed-out, or undelivered jobs are handled.
- Supported output formats, delivery method, and applicable limitations.
- Refund eligibility, a request channel, the review process, and expected processing times.
These rules will be clearly available before payment. This page does not promise an unconfirmed refund window or service turnaround time.
